Microdose Montana

Integrity in the Experience

Grounded, trauma-informed support for adults exploring microdosing, preparing for plant medicine experiences, or integrating what they have already been through.

Education, preparation, and integration support only. Never substances or medical treatment.

Our journey and purpose

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Whether you’re exploring microdosing, preparing for a plant medicine experience, or trying to make sense of something you’ve already experienced, thoughtful support can make all the difference.

I work with individuals seeking clarity, emotional healing, and a more grounded relationship with themselves through careful, supported exploration.

Who this is for

Who This Is For

This work may be a fit if you are:

  • feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about your next step
  • curious about microdosing or plant medicine, but unsure where to begin
  • looking for a guide who brings education, experience, and integrity
  • preparing for a retreat or guided experience
  • processing a past experience and wanting support with integration
  • seeking a more intentional, grounded approach to personal growth

Services

Two ways to work together.

Two distinct shapes of support. Both grounded in education, preparation, and integration. Neither involves providing or guiding substance use.

Microdose Education & Guidance

Grounded support for adults exploring microdosing as a quiet, ongoing practice. We work together on intentions, what you notice in your body and life, and how to keep the practice considered and connected to the rest of your care.

Education and reflection only. I do not provide, recommend, or source substances.

Psychedelic Integration

Thoughtful preparation before a planned experience and steady support afterward. A place to slow down, process what surfaced, and bring honest insight into daily life rather than chasing the next experience.

Preparation and integration only. I do not facilitate, guide, or refer for substance use.

My approach

My Approach

A grounded, body-aware approach

I am intentional about creating a safe, supportive space rooted in respect, presence, and integrity.

As a Doctor of Acupuncture and integrative coach, my work is deeply informed by a trauma-informed, body-centered approach to care. I help clients stay grounded and connected to themselves throughout the process, with attention to the nervous system, emotional patterns, and the realities of everyday life.

This work is thoughtful and individualized. There is no one-size-fits-all path.
